Jelly Mooncake 金玉满堂

Ingredients


Water 850 ml  
Instant jelly powder 3 tsp
Agar agar powder 4 1/2 tsp
250 ml water (e.g: extract pandan water / Sakura essence can add in etc) 
Organic rock sugar cane 200 gm (adjust to your own liking)
 

Preparation
Add 850 ml water, jelly powder and agar agar powder to a pot, then add 250 ml liquid, stir to combine. When it started to boil, boil for 1-2 min, remove from stove, reduce hit to 50 degree, pour into the mould, refridge until set, unmould. Decorate with edible plant base gold powder.
