Ingredients
1. Rice Vermicelli 1 bun
2. Liver Pork meat slices
3. Spring onions
4. Chinese parsley (optional)
5. Bok Choy (Optional)
6. Fried shallots
Broth
7. Pork 100 gm
8. Anchovies 10 pcs
9. Ginger 2 slices
Preparation
1. Soak noodles in lukewarm water, set aside.
2. Prepare 700 ml water, add in ginger, anchovies, and pork, bring to vigorous boil.
3. Cook liver & pork meat slices.
4. Bring the noodles to boil for 5 minutes, transfer to a bowl.
5.Top noodles with liver, pork, spring onions & fried shallots
6. Ladle about 2 cups of soup into the bowl.
