Ingredients
60gm carrots, julienned
60gm apple, julienned, squeeze out the juice
60gm pear, julienned, squeeze out the juice
60gm Japanese cucumber, julienned
60gm pomelo pulp
60gm sengkuang, julienned
60gm green vegetable, julienned
120gm peanut candy

Sauce
2 tbsp essence lime with liquorice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey

Preparations
Place carrots, apple, pear, Japanese cucumber, pomelo, Chinese yam & green vegetable on a large plate. Sprinkle with peanut candy. Combine the dressing, pour on top.
